With the enrollment you will then receive a ‘Welcome Package’ including our handbook which will answer many of your questions. | Registration Fee | This is a one-time non-refundable payment to register your child at EIS. Payment is made upon acceptance of your child and before he/she enters the school. Registration Period is from 1st February 2019to 15th May 2019. | ||||
| Administration Fee | This is a non-refundableannual fee to cover resources used including:worksheets, textbooks, library and ICT resources, school field trips and events. | ||||
| Tuition Fee | This may be paid either annually or in two half yearly instalments,(in May 2019 and in October 2019). A 10% discountwill be applied to the annual tuition fee, where it is paid in full in one lump sum in the registration period from 1st April 2019 to 15th May 2019. A 5% discountwill be applied to the annual tuition fee, where it is paid in full in one lump sum before June 2019. | ||||
| Sibling Discount | A 5% discount is applied to the tuition feeof a second and subsequent siblings. | ||||
| Late Payment Charge | A charge of 2% per month will be added to the outstanding balance of unpaid fees. | ||||
| Withdrawal of students from school | A one monthsnotice in writing to the school office is required for any student leaving the school. 50% of paid fees will be refunded, from the end of the next full month following departure. No refund will be given for students leaving unless one month’s notice has been given. | ||||
| School Uniforms | 2 sets of uniforms must be purchased at 18,000 kyatsperset.
Primary students are also required to purchase a full PE uniform at 18,000 kyats per set. |

| School Bus Service | A school bus service is available and can be booked through the school office. The cost is from 45,000 kyatsdepending on the home location. | ||||
